Born in Brazil, Joana SILVEIRA lived in Canada and has settled in France where she practices law since 2012, first as an in-house counsel then as a solo practice attorney-at-law.
She is a lawyer dedicated to international family matters and more broadly to civil law, all within a French or cross-border context.
She works on both classic French cases and those containing one or more foreign elements. Her knowledge of several cultures and her international experience make her a resolutely international lawyer.
For expatriates residing or having administrative interests or disputes in France, she will provide you with comprehensive assistance in managing your administrative or legal day-to-day or more specific issues , such as the termination of a lease, the management of an amicable or disputed inheritance, the request for nationality, or the sale of real estate.
