​Legal fees can be modified by the lawyer in accordance with the criteria set out in the RIN – the National Rules of Procedure for Lawyers. In particular, the firm always offers the client the signing of a fee agreement at the hourly rate as well as an estimate of the number of hours of work necessary to deal with the procedure.

The estimated fees for your procedure will only be determined after the appointment with your lawyer, subject to the payment of an appointment fee (250€ excluding taxes, when they apply, for a 60 minutes appointment)
 

Once the retainer (legal fees' agreement) has been signed by both parties, an invoice will be issued and, after it is settled, the lawyer can start working on your case.

Please note that all the diligence carried out on your file is noted in professional software as it progresses, which will allow you to support the progress of your file and the destination of the fees paid.

 

Eventually, a capped fees agreement may be agreed, within the limit of a certain number of hours. You will be able to follow the evolution of the time spent on your case with the help of specific software that complies with the rules of the legal profession.
