In case of doubt, when you receive your agreement, the firm will be at your disposal to discuss it. 

Any French lawyer has the obligation to establish a fee agreement with the client in accordance with the provisions of the National Internal Regulations of the legal profession - RIN (which you can consult on this link: https://www.cnb.avocat.fr/fr/reglement-interieur-national-de-la-profession-davocat-rin)

In the event of a conflict, the president of the VERSAILLES Bar Association is competent to assess and resolve any dispute over fees, also in accordance with the provisions of the National Internal Regulations of the legal profession.
